Our Reconnect service has been featured by Nominet in a video showcasing our work to support adults and families increase digital and social inclusion.

Reconnect has been featured by Nominet in a video series showcasing organisations that have received funding as part of the Nominet Members’ GiveHub. The GiveHub is an opportunity for members to support an organisation of their choice and make a real difference to their work.

Big thank you to James Crisp from CRegISP Ltd who put People Know How forward to be awarded a grant of £10,000. CRegISP offer domain name registrations, DNS solutions, SSL certificates and cloud services.

The funding will help us to continue our digital support through Reconnect. Through a combination of one-to-one and digital group support, as well as our national Connecting Scotland digital support helpline, our work combats digital and social isolation. From devices to data to skills, digital inclusion is essential to life today.

Watch the video below to join us at one of our digital groups at The Ripple in Craigentinny. You’ll also hear more about what we do from our Communications & Digital Manager Claudia Baldacchino, Reconnect Service Manager Kimberley Alshaikly, Reconnect Team Leader Filip, volunteer Callum, and Natasha and Mike who receive support through the group.
